The best red meats are:
Sirloin, e.g. fillet mignon, top sirloin, definetly 90/10 hamburger (nothing below). Cook these meats where you can allow the fat to drain, e.g. broiling. Limit your intake to 3 times maximum per week, less if you can get by. Consume about 4-6 oz per meal and eat a fibrous carbohydrate, e.g. lima beans, salad.
