Strategy for Fitness provides personalized training customized to the client's needs. We develop fitness programs that combine education + nutrition + optimal movement to gain total fitness for our clients. We assist the client in establishing a vision of fitness, guidance in designing a fitness strategy, workout and meal programs that ensure achievement of the vision, and coaching & counseling to help overcome behavioral barriers.
Clients are provided a professionally certified personal trainer / consultant and sports nutritionist that they have access to 24/7. Our clients can contact us through phone, text messaging, email, and video conference. Our clients can travel and still have their trainer available to assist with workouts and nutritional counseling. Our clients receive constant follow-up to ensure they remain on their program.

Strategy for Fitness collects fees in advance and fees are not refundable. This fee structure is established to encourage clients to compete the program. Strict guidelines for attending sessions are established in a contract defining session times and places. Fees are payable in cash or credit card. We accept all major credit cards.
